Plain-language answers about your data. This is not legal advice; see our Privacy Policy for formal terms.
When Learning mode is on, we can use your signed-in activity (for example, prompt analysis and which improved option you prefer) to update the personal signals associated with your account—so suggestions can align better with how you write over time.
When it is off, you still get prompt improvements and PII awareness, but we do not use those sessions to update your personal model on our servers, and we do not store A/B choices from the extension for that purpose. Your device may still keep local copies (for example, recent prompts in the extension) until you clear them.
The full text you type in the extension stays on your computer unless you send it to us for processing. When you use features that require the API, we process that text to return results. For account history and training-related storage, we aim to keep server-side copies aligned with a PII-redacted version where our detector applies replacements (for example, placeholders for emails or phone numbers), not necessarily a verbatim copy of everything you typed.
No automated system catches every sensitive detail; you should still review before sharing prompts externally.
A signed-in account ties features to you securely: limits, billing if you subscribe, syncing preferences like “not personal information” terms, and (when Learning mode is on) updating your personal model. We do not describe our internal model architecture or training recipes here; those are proprietary.
If you use upload or “feed your model” features in the web app, content you submit is stored under your account so the product can use it for personalization you requested. You can manage or remove items where the product supports it; see the Privacy Policy for retention and rights.
Access is limited to what is needed to run the service (including trusted infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy). We do not sell your prompts as a product. For subprocessors, jurisdictions, and your rights, refer to the Privacy Policy.
